We are currently making over our garden so I have found myself buying some new summery bits for the house too. Buying new home wear is an easy way to update your home for the summer without decorating and changing up the walls.
Firstly I thought the front of our house could do with a couple of little updates! So of course I took a visit to Tiger - If you love everything flamingo this is the place to go! I picked up this little flamingo windmill and it really makes visitors smile. Adding pops of colour through new summery flowers is another way to make the front of your house extra summery - I went for this bright pink one which contrasts beautifully with the turquoise door.
I could not resist these Palm tree glasses not only are they the cutest! they were only £3.50 each and plastic so perfect for picnics or using in the garden, i actually made a couple of strawberry daiquiris over the weekend in them already.
In Tiger I also picked up some flamingo glasses and those little ice cream scoop bowls which are adorable!
Tiger also had lots of ice cream themed kitchen and party accessories so I picked up these salt and pepper shakers which were only £2! Im always shocked at how super affordable everything is in tiger. I also got some real cute ice cream bunting - need to organise a party just so I can use it.
We also purchased the pale blue swan microwave which matches our Blue fridge freezer I just love the retro look it injects into our kitchen.
Here is a little peak into our garden which is really starting to come together. A recent purchase was the super tropical fan palm plant which homebase are selling for £15! it makes our little garden in Stroud feel super tropical especially paired with my Tropical palm print outdoor cushions which I designed and sell over at society 6.
I hope you enjoyed my little home haul, I am really enjoying updating my home and garden for the summer and excited to share our garden make over in the next week or so!
Keep the ball rolling you have done the great job here.
